摘要
为了筛选出丰产性和稳定性良好的糯玉米新品种,采用AMMI模型对2019年河南省糯玉米多点试验数据进行分析。研究结果表明:参试品种产量差异达到显著水平,基因型效应、环境效应、基因型×环境交互作用均达到极显著水平,其中,试点间环境效应占变异比例的79.73%,而品种和交互作用才占7.21%和13.06%,AMMI模型的PCA1、PCA2和PCA3,共解释了81.55%互作信息。13个参试品种中,‘周糯6号’(G6)、‘博糯118’(G9)、‘郑白甜糯5号’(G5)和‘郑白甜糯6号’(G7)属于高产稳产的品种;试点鉴别力中,新乡(E2)试点的鉴别力强,洛阳(E4)和焦作(E1)鉴别力弱,试点新乡(E2)、漯河(E3)和南阳(E8)试点丰产稳产性好。
In order to select new waxy corn varieties with high and stable yield,data from a multilocation trial for waxy corn in Henan Province in 2019 was analyzed by using the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI)model.The results showed that all the waxy corn varieties under trial were significantly different in yield and highly significantly different in genotype effect,environmental effect,and genotype×environmental interaction.The environmental effect accounted for 79.73%of the total variance,while the varieties and the interaction accounted for 7.21%and 13.06%,respectively.The PCA1,PCA2,and PCA3 in the AMMI model explained 81.55%of the interaction variance.Among the 13 corn varieties under the trial,Zhounuo 6(G6),Bonuo 118(G9),Zhengbai Tiannuo 5(G5)and Zhengbai Tiannuo 6(G7)were grouped into the corn varieties with good stability and high yield.Among the 8 trial locations E2(Xinxiang)was a good location for assessment of the corn varieties while E4(Luoyang)and E1(Jiaozuo)were poor.The corn varieties under the trial were high and stable in yield in Locations E2(Xinxiang),E3(Luohe)and E8(Nanyang).
