摘要 采用高温固相法制备了CaY2-xLuxAl4SiO12:0.006Mn4+(x=0, 0.6, 1, 1.4, 2)荧光粉.研究了Y/Lu组份的变化对荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能的影响.研究发现,随着Lu组份的增多,荧光粉的吸收峰和发射峰位置都出现蓝移.研究了Mn4+掺杂浓度对CaLu2Al4SiO12:yMn4+发光性能的影响,发现在掺杂浓度为y=0.004时出现了浓度猝灭现象,浓度猝灭是由Mn4+之间的电偶极-电偶极相互作用引起的.研究了不同Mn4+掺杂浓度的CaLu2Al4SiO12:Mn4+荧光粉的荧光寿命,荧光寿命随着Mn4+掺杂浓度的增大而逐渐降低. The CaY2-xLuxAl4SiO12:0.006 Mn4+phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction.The influences of the changes of Y/Lu ratio on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of phosphors were investigated.The results indicate that the absorption band and the emission peak blueshifts with the increasing of Lu content.The effect of Mn4+concentration on the luminescence properties of CaLu2Al4SiO12:Mn4+was studied.The concentration quenching occurred at y=0.004.The concentration quenching was due to the dipole-dipole interaction between the Mn4+ions.The decay times of Mn4+in CaLu2Al4SiO12:Mn4+phosphors were studied.The results show that the decay times of Mn4+was shortened gradually with the increasing of Mn4+content.
