摘要
为研究不同材料紧固件的防腐效果,对Ti6Al4V,A286,1Cr17Ni2,1Cr18Ni9Ti及17-4PH材料的紧固件进行酸性盐雾加速试验.试验结果表明,在pH值为3.5±0.5盐雾环境下循环试验,Ti6Al4V和A286材料紧固件具有良好的耐蚀,而1Cr17Ni2,1Cr18Ni9Ti及17-4PH不锈钢紧固件耐蚀性较差.由此可知,不锈钢紧固件在恶劣环境下需要增加表面防护.
In order to study the anti-corrosion effect of fasteners of different materials,the accelerated acid salt spray tests were carried out on Ti6 Al4 V,A286,1 Cr17 Ni2,1 Cr18 Ni9 Ti and 17-4 PH fasteners.The results show that the Ti6 Al4 V and A286 fasteners have good corrosion resistance,while 1 Cr17 Ni2,1 Cr18 Ni9 Ti and 17-4 PH stainless steel fasteners have poor corrosion resistance under the condition of pH 3.5±0.5 salt spray environment.It can be seen that stainless steel fasteners need to increase surface protection in harsh environments.
