TMS对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能及尿AD7c-NTP的影响

摘要 目的:研究经颅磁刺激(TMS)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能及尿AD7c-NTP的影响。方法:将AD患者40例随机分为两组,研究组(多奈哌齐+TMS治疗)和对照组(多奈哌齐治疗)各20例。以MoCA、ADAS-Cog量表评估患者的认知功能。监测基线及治疗后3个月和6个月认知量表评分及尿AD7c-NTP水平。结果:两组间基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后组内和治疗后组间认知量表、尿AD7c-NTP差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,MoCA量表变化与尿AD7c-NTP改变呈负相关,ADAS-Cog量表变化与尿AD7c-NTP改变呈正相关。结论:TMS可改善AD患者认知缺陷,且持续时间至少长达6个月。尿AD7c-NTP变化与认知改善呈负相关,可考虑作为监测AD患者认知水平的辅助检测手段。 Objective:To study the effects of TMS on cognitive function and urine AD7c-NTP in Alzheimer disease.Method:A total of 40 patients with Alzheimer disease were randomly divided into two groups,the study group (TMS combined with Donepezil treatment) and the control group (Donepezil treatment),20 cases in each group.Use Alzheimer disease Assessment Scale-cognitive (ADAS-Cog) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)to evaluate the cognitive function.Cognition function evaluation meter and urine AD7c-NTP were performed before and 3 months,6 months after treatment.Result:There were no significant differences on basic data between the two groups (P>0.05).Before and after treatment,the differences in cognitive scale and urine AD7c-NTP within the groups,and after treatment between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,MoCA scale changes were negatively correlated with changes in urine AD7c-NTP,and ADAS-Cog scale changes were positively correlated with changes in urine AD7c-NTP.Conclusion:TMS can improve cognitive impairment in AD patients for at least 6 months.Changes in urine AD7c-NTP are negatively correlated with cognitive improvement and may be considered as an auxiliary test to monitor cognitive level in AD patients.
