腹腔镜下单侧卵巢囊肿剥除手术前后血清抗苗勒管激素的变化及其价值

Changes and Value of Serum Anti-mullerian Hormone before and after Laparoscopic Unilateral Ovarian Cyst Removal

目的:研究腹腔镜下单侧卵巢囊肿剥除手术前后血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)的变化及其价值。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的76例单侧卵巢囊肿患者,均采取腹腔镜下单侧卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。比较患者手术前后AMH、基础促卵泡激素(bFSH)水平。结果:手术后1、3、6个月,患者AMH水平均低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后1个月,患者bFSH水平高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后3、6个月,患者bFSH水平与手术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单侧卵巢囊肿患者行腹腔镜下剥除术后,会对卵巢储备功能造成一定影响,而卵巢储备功能将直接影响AMH水平,因此,利用血清AMH对卵巢储备功能进行评估,具有较高的价值。

Objective:To study the changes and value of serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) before and after laparoscopic unilateral ovarian cyst removal.Method:Seventy-six patients with unilateral ovarian cyst admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2019 were selected and treated with laparoscopic unilateral ovarian cyst removal.The levels of AMH and basal follicle-stimulating hormone (bFSH) were compared before and after surgery.Result:At 1,3 and 6 months after surgery,the level of AMH in patients were lower than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).One month after surgery,the bFSH level of the patients was higher than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,there were no significant differences in bFSH level of patients compared with those before surgery (P>0.05).Conclusion:After laparoscopic removal of unilateral ovarian cyst,ovarian reserve function will be affected to some extent,and ovarian reserve function will directly affect the AMH level.Therefore,the use of serum AMH to evaluate ovarian reserve function has a high value.
