集束化护理干预在降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率中的应用

Application of Cluster Nursing Intervention in Reducing the Incidence of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

目的:探讨集束化护理干预在降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率中的应用。方法:选择笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月应用呼吸机的患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予集束化护理。比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、呼吸机相关性肺炎好转时间及患者满意度。结果:研究组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,呼吸机相关性肺炎好转时间早于对照组,患者总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预在降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率中效果显著,且可缩短呼吸机相关性肺炎好转时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application of cluster nursing intervention in reducing the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Method:A total of 80 patients with ventilator in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random table method,with 40 patients in each group.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,the improving time of ventilator-associated pneumonia and the patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the improving time of ventilator-associated pneumonia was earlier than that in control group,and the total satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention has a significant effect in reducing the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,and can shorten the improving time of ventilator-associated pneumonia and improve patient satisfaction.
