病友互助模式对肺癌根治术后患者希望水平、负性情绪和生活质量的影响

The Influence of Mutual Help Model of Wardmate on Hope Level,Negative Emotion and Life Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer after Radical Operation

目的:探究病友互助模式对肺癌根治术后患者希望水平、负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年1-7月于笔者所在医院行肺癌根治术的患者100例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合病友互助模式,比较两组干预前后Herth希望水平量表(HHI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量核心调查问卷(QLQ-C30)评分。结果:干预后,观察组HHI各维度和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组QLQ-C30评分各项均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:病友互助模式能够提高肺癌根治术后患者的希望水平,降低负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of mutual help model on hope level,negative emotion and quality of life of patients with lung cancer after radical operation.Method:From January to July 2019,100 patients who underwent lung cancer radical surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,each group of 50 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with the mutual help model of wardmate on the basis of the control group.Compared HHI,SAS,SDS,QLQ-C30 score between two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The model of mutual help among patients can improve the hope level,reduce the negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients after lung cancer radical operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
