微创技术应用于膝关节骨创伤治疗的临床研究

Clinical Research of Minimally Invasive Technique Applied to Knee Joint Bone Trauma

目的:分析膝关节骨创伤治疗中关节镜微创技术的应用效果。方法:纳入本科室收治的89例膝关节骨创伤患者,按不同手术方案分为两组,即对照组44例,采用常规手术治疗;观察组45例,采用关节镜微创技术治疗;两组于术后评价恢复效果、疼痛程度及手术参数指标(下地活动时间、疼痛持续时间以及住院时间)。结果:观察组关节恢复优良率97.78%,高于对照组的77.27%,Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后下地活动时间、疼痛持续时间及住院时间优于对照组,术后1、3 d VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节骨创伤治疗中关节镜微创技术的应用,手术疼痛轻,关节功能恢复显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee joint bone trauma.Method:Eighty-nine patients with knee joint bone trauma admitted to our department were divided into two groups according to different surgical plans.In the control group,44 cases were treated by conventional surgery.In the observation group,45 cases were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive technique.The recovery effect,pain degree and surgical parameters (activity time,pain duration and length of hospital stay) were evaluated in the two groups after operation.Result:The excellent and good joint recovery rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 77.27% in the control group,and Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The postoperative activity time,pain duration and hospital stay time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and VAS scores at 1 d and 3 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee osteotomy is worthy of popularization and application.
