纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复残根残冠的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Fiber Post Combined with All-ceramic Crown in Repairing Residual Roots and Crowns

目的:评价纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗残根残冠的效果。方法:回顾性研究笔者所在医院2013年3月-2017年3月进行口腔修复治疗的残根残冠患者100例,其中采用纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗的患者53例,采用牙冠延长术联合正畸牵引的患者47例,比较患者治疗前后生活质量评分及治疗后的疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后采用纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗的患者生活质量评分为(166.39±11.23)分,显著高于牙冠延长术联合正畸牵引患者的(145.32±12.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗的患者总有效率为92.45%,显著高于牙冠延长术联合正畸牵引患者的76.60%(P<0.05)。治疗1年后维桩联合全瓷冠治疗的患者中出现松动和移位各1例,总不良反应率为3.77%;牙冠延长术联合正畸牵引修复的患者中出现牙根折断、桩核脱落、松动、移位和继发龋齿各1例,松动3例,总不良反应率为14.89%(P<0.05)。结论:纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复残根残冠的临床效果良好,不良反应率低,值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown in the treatment of residual roots and crowns.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with residual roots and crowns who underwent dental restoration from March 2013 to March 2017 in our hospital,including 53 patients treated with fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown,47 patients treated with crown lengthening combined with orthodontic traction,and the quality of life scores of patients before and after treatment,and the efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were compared.Result:The quality of life score of patients treated with fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown restoration after treatment was (166.39±11.23) points,which was significantly higher than (145.32±12.04) points of patients treated with crown lengthening combined with orthodontic traction (P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients treated with fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown was 92.45%,which was significantly higher than 76.60% of patients treated with crown lengthening combined with orthodontic traction (P<0.05).After one year of treatment,loosening and displacement occurred in 1 patient each,and the total adverse reaction rate was 3.77%.Among the patients who underwent crown lengthening combined with orthodontic traction,1 case had root fracture,1 case post-core loss,1 case loosening,1 case displacement and secondary caries,3 cases had loosening,and the total adverse reaction rate was 14.89% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown in restoring residual roots and crowns is good,and the adverse reaction rate is low,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
