摘要
基于社会治理理论研究视角,本文分析了西部农村留守儿童教育方面存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了促进西部农村留守儿童教育发展的对策思路:转变治理模式,实现城乡联合治理;强化主体责任,完善绩效评估机制;促进农村非政府组织发展,整合社会教育资源;拓宽公众参与渠道,提高农村自主性。
From the perspective of social governance theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the education of left-behind children in western rural areas.On this basis,this paper puts forward some measures to promote the educational development of left-behind children in western rural areas,that is,to change the governance model and realize the joint governance of urban and rural areas;to strengthen the subject responsibility and improve the performance evaluation mechanism;to promote the development of rural non-governmental organizations and integrate social education resources;to broaden the channels of public participation and improve rural autonomy.
