个人品德建设是新时代社会主义思想道德建设的基石。个人品德建设引导是个人品德建设的前提和基础。研究个人品德建设引导的建构主体,是当下高校思想政治教育的一个重大理论课题,它丰富了思想政治教育的研究范围,对学科发展有着极大的促进作用,对加强社会主义思想道德建设具有重要意义。本文以高校德育、思想政治教育为主线,分别沿着建构主体的概念界定、类型、主体特性、地位和作用的逻辑进行研究,并提出最终实现个人品德建设的目的——个人品德建设建构主体通过自我建构满足社会和自己的思想道德需要。
