摘要
应急避难场所适宜性评价,可以反映出城市现有应急避难场所针对一种或多种自然灾害的整体适宜性程度。以云南省嵩明县主城区已建的9处应急避难场所为例,应对地震灾害发生时,以场所的有效性、可达性以及安全性为对象构建评价适宜性指标体系,采用灰色关联分析结合熵值权重法对其进行适宜性评价并划分适宜性等级。结果显示,在已建9处应急避难场所中,适宜、比较适宜、一般适宜和较不适宜的有3、3、2、1处。评价结果可以为类似地区今后应急避难场所的规划建设提供参考。
The suitability evaluation of emergency shelters can reflect the overall suitability of emergency shelters for one or more natural disasters.Taking 9 emergency shelters built in the main urban area of Songming County in Yunnan Province as an example,in response to the occurrence of earthquake disasters,the suitability evaluation index system is constructed by taking the effectiveness,accessibility and safety of the sites as the objects.The suitability evaluation is carried out by using grey correlation analysis combined with entropy weight method,and the suitability grade is divided.The results show that among the 9 emergency shelters built,3,3,2 and 1 are suitable,relatively suitable,general suitable and less suitable.The evaluation results can provide reference for the planning and construction of emergency shelters in similar areas in the future.
