富民大营村村落空间多元整治策略研究

Research on the Multi-dimensional Renovation Strategy of Village Space in Daying Village of Fumin County

城市化过程中城市边缘区的空间、社会、经济结构发生着重大变化,如果不对其加以整治和引导,将对城市化进程造成不利影响。以富民县边缘区大营村为研究对象,从城市边缘区村落空间结构切入,通过实地调研,应用空间分析法探讨大营村村落空间存在的问题。一是城乡景观不连续,缺乏过渡空间;二是道路交通不畅,街巷品质差;三是新旧建筑交织,缺乏积极交往空间;四是建筑风貌不协调,五是缺乏环卫设施。针对以上问题,提出了整治策略:1)建设景观生态廊道,构建区域有机生态网;2)营造社区,优化村落公共空间体验;3)在多元合作基础上推进公众参与,激发村落活力。

In the process of urbanization,the spatial,social and economic structures of urban fringe areas are undergoing major changes.If they are not regulated and guided,the urbanization process will be adversely affected.Taking Daying Village in the fringe area of Fumin County as the research object,through field investigation and spatial analysis,this paper probes into the problems existing in the village space of Daying Village from the perspective of the village spatial structure in the urban fringe.The first is the discontinuity of the urban and rural landscape,the lack of transition space;the other is the poor traffic,street and lane quality;the third is the interweaving of new and old buildings and the lack of positive space for interaction;the fourth is the uncoordinated architectural style;the last is the lack of sanitation facilities.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures:1)constructing landscape ecological corridor and constructing regional organic ecological network;2)constructing community and optimizing village public space experience;3)promoting public participation on the basis of multi-cooperation,multiple renovation strategies for stimulating village vitality.
