摘要
目的探讨细胞角蛋白19片段(Cytokeratin 19 Fragment Antigen,Cyfra21-1)基因多态性与肺癌临床特征的相关性。方法选取肺癌患者78例作为病例组,同期选择性别相同和年龄相近的健康人群78例作为对照组。检测2组入选者的血清Cyfra21-1基因多态性,调查患者的临床特征并进行相关性分析。结果Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因共有CC、CA、AA 3种基因型,2组人群的Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。2组入选者的Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因型分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),病例组的Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),病例组等位基因C频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在病例组78例患者中,不同年龄、性别、病理类型患者的CC基因型比例对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移患者的CC基因型比例对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。直线相关性分析显示Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型与肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移都呈现相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移为影响Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型分布的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因在肺癌患者中呈多态性分布,Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型分布与患者的临床病理特征显著相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Cytokeratin 19 Fragment Antigen(Cyfra21-1)gene polymorphism and clinical features of lung cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer admitted were selected as the case group,and the other 78 healthy people with the same gender and similar age were selected as the control group.Serum Cyfra21-1 gene polymorphism were detected in the 2 groups,and the clinical characteristics of the patients were investigated and given correlation analysis.Results The Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene shared three genotypes of CC,CA and AA,and the Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene distribution in both groups accorded with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.The distribution of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 genotypes in the 2 groups compared were statistically significant different(P<0.05),the proportion of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene CC genotype in the case group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of gene C were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the 78 patients in the case group,there were no significant difference in the proportion of CC genotypes among patients of different ages,genders,and pathological types(P>0.05).The proportion of CC genotypes in patients with different diameters,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis that compared the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that the CC genotype of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene were correlated with tumor diameter,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the maximum diameter,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were the main factors affected the CC genotype of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene is polymorphic in lung cancer patients.Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene CC genotype is significantly associated with clinical features.
