达克曲克水电站水库泥沙对隧洞和水轮机组磨蚀破坏分析及应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 多沙河流水库泥沙淤积问题是水库运行中的主要难题。针对新疆维吾尔自治区达克曲克水电站泥沙淤积导致泄洪排沙隧洞和水轮机组关键过流部件出现的较严重磨蚀问题,首次采用黄河水利科学研究院研发的新材料、新工艺和新技术,通过相应抗磨蚀技术手段,进行了磨蚀修复和防护。汛期检验结果表明,磨蚀防护效果明显,达到了预期效果。论文研究成果可为其他电站类似问题的处理提供借鉴。 Sediment problem of the reservoir on sediment-laden river is the main problem in reservoir operation.In view of the serious erosion problems of flood and sediment releasing tunnel and the key flowing parts of turbine of the Dakequke hydropower station,new materials,new processes and new technologies developed by the Yellow River Institute of Hydraulic Research and anti-erosion technical means were used to repair and protect the eroded tunnel and turbine parts.The operation in flood season have showed that the erosion protection was effective,and the expected effect was achieved.The repair experience provides reference for other power stations to deal with similar problems.
