高中选课走班制存在的问题及对策摭探

Exploration of the Problems and Countermeasures ofCourse Selection and Class Selection System in High School

选课走班制作为一种新型教学模式,不仅能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣,而且能够提高课堂教学效率。然而,在实际落实过程中仍然存在一些不足。文章对目前选课走班制存在的问题进行讨论,随后从精心准备、科学设计,加强指导、规范选课,合理组班、优化资源,重构课堂、提升效率等方面提出一些建议,希望能让选课走班制更加普及。

As a new teaching mode,selecting courses and taking classes can not only effectively improve students'interest in learning,but also improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.However,there are still some deficiencies in the actual implementation process.This paper discusses the problems existing in the current course selection and class selection system,and then puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of careful preparation,scientific design,strengthening guidance,standardizing course selection,reasonably organizing classes,optimizing resources,reconstructing classes and improving efficiency,hoping to make the system more popular.
