探讨凝结水泵变频器自动控制策略与创新

摘要 随着我国各项基础工程的不断强化,电力发电厂的凝结水泵变频器得到了广泛的应用。对传统凝结水泵变频器的工作原理进行深入探讨并进一步分析其所衍生出的一系列问题,并提出自动调节的4点控制策略:规划好自动控制的重点区域、针对重点区域拟定控制策略、适当转化手动与自动功能调节以及水位调节要符合自动控制要求,为各大发电厂提供了宝贵的经验。 With the continuous strengthening of various basic projects in our country,the condensate pump inverters of electric power plants have been widely used.In-depth discussion on the working principle of the traditional condensate pump frequency converter and further analysis of a series of problems derived from it,and propose a four-point control strategy for automatic adjustment:plan the key areas of automatic control,draw up control strategies for key areas,and appropriately The conversion of manual and automatic function adjustment and water level adjustment must meet the requirements of automatic control,which provides valuable experience for major power plants.
