在电力系统中,变压器的作用十分重要。随着我国电力系统规模日益扩大,大容量变压器的使用也越来越频繁。目前,电力系统中大多数变压器都在高负荷运行,因此对其质量要求异常严格。大型油浸式电力变压器是目前电力系统中应用最为广泛的电力变压器。从大型油浸式电力变压器制造安装着手,对变压器总装制造技术探究,提出变压器质量控制技术的应用和提高制造工艺控制的措施,为我国大型油浸式电力变压器的总装制造提供参考和借鉴。

In the power system,the role of the transformer is self-evident.With the increasing scale of my country’s power system,the use of large-capacity transformers has become more frequent.At present,most transformers in the power system are operating at high loads,so the quality requirements are extremely strict.Large oil-immersed power transformers are currently the most widely used power transformers in power systems.Starting from the manufacturing and installation of large-scale oil-immersed power transformers,it explores transformer assembly manufacturing technology,proposes the application of transformer quality control technology and measures to improve manufacturing process control,and provides reference and reference for the assembly and manufacturing of largescale oil-immersed power transformers in my country.
