摘要
35 kV电压等级是配网10 kV电压等级的直供电源,点多面广、线路总长位于当前所有电压等级前列,其安全稳定运行情况直接影响10 kV配网的整体安全性和供电可靠性。带电作业作为保证供电可靠性的有效方法之一,从事带电作业的人员常说电压等级越高带电作业越安全,然而35 kV电压等级设备较高电压等级设备间隙距离小,绝缘配合低,作业活动空间小等因素,极大地增加了带电作业难度及作业危险性。规程中已明确规定,在35 kV电压等级进行地电位作业时人身与带电体的安全距离不满足规定以及进行等电位作业时均要求采取可靠的绝缘隔离措施,所以开展35 kV电压等级带电作业时,其带电作业方法的选择、绝缘防护用具及工器具的应用至关重要。本文将从35 kV电压等级带电作业方法、绝缘防护用具及工器具展开介绍。
35 kV voltage grade is the direct power supply of 10 kV voltage grade in distribution network,which has many points and wide areas,and the total length of the line is at the forefront of all current voltage grades.Its safe and stable operation directly affects the overall safety and power supply reliability of 10 kV distribution network.Live working is one of the effective methods to ensure the reliability of power supply.People engaged in live working often say that the higher the voltage level,the safer the live working is.However,factors such as small gap distance,low insulation coordination and small space for operation activities of 35 kV equipment with higher voltage level greatly increase the difficulty and danger of live working.It has been clearly stipulated in the regulations that the safe distance between the person and the charged body does not meet the requirements when the ground potential operation is carried out at 35 kV voltage level,and reliable insulation isolation measures are required when the equipotential operation is carried out.Therefore,the selection of live operation methods and the application of insulation protective appliances and instruments are very important when the live operation at 35 kV voltage level is carried out.In this paper,the live working methods,insulation protection appliances and instruments at 35 kV voltage level are introduced.
