电力系统典型晃电事故及防晃电措施研究

摘要 随着企业用电规模不断增加,电力系统的设备元件和复杂性也日益增加。电力网络正常运行中,遭受雷击影响、内部电网出现短路、大型设备启动等,会导致出现电压瞬时波动而又马上恢复的情况,此种电压波动的现象称之为“晃电”。对于企业的一些辅机设备,保护器件跳闸可能导致主机跳闸,进而使得机组停机。对晃电的危害及应对措施进行分析研究,可以更好地控制晃电影响,保证系统稳定运行。 With the continuous increase of power consumption scale of enterprises,the equipment components and complexity of power system are also increasing.In the normal operation of power network,due to the impact of lightning strike,short circuit of internal power grid,large equipment startup,etc.,the voltage fluctuation will appear and recover immediately.This phenomenon of voltage fluctuation is called“power swing”.For some auxiliary equipment of the enterprise,the tripping of protection devices may cause the main engine to trip,and then cause the unit to stop.The analysis and Research on the harm and Countermeasures of power swing can better control the shaking sound and ensure the stable operation of the system.
