一种变压器绝缘端圈自动等分设备的研制

摘要 绝缘端圈是大型电力变压器器身绝缘的重要组成部分,在运行过程中起到支撑和绝缘的作用,其制作质量直接影响到变压器的稳定运行。绝缘端圈垫块等分精度是衡量绝缘端圈质量的重要指标,如果等分精度差,会出现各层绝缘端圈的垫块上下无法对齐现象,从而造成线圈压紧力传递不均匀,直接影响变压器的轴向抗短路能力。一直以来,绝缘端圈的等分工作均为手工操作,不仅工人劳动强度大,而且难以实现精准等分,造成等分精度差。为了解决这个难题,本文利用电动分度器原理和数控技术,研制了一台端圈等分划线的自动化设备,代替手工作业。此设备通过触摸屏人机界面输入加工数据,设备自动完成定心、等分及划线全过程,实现自动化加工后相比于手工加工,精度提高了5倍以上。 The insulating end ring is an important part of the body insulation of a large power transformer.It plays a role of support and insulation during the operation.The quality of its production directly affects the safe and stable operation of the transformer equipment.The equal division accuracy of the insulating end ring spacer is an important indicator to measure the quality of the insulating end ring.If the equal division accuracy is poor,the spacers of each layer of the insulating end ring cannot be aligned up and down,resulting in uneven transmission of the coil compression force.Affect the axial short-circuit resistance of the transformer.All the time,the dividing work of the insulating end ring has been manual operation,not only the labor intensity of the workers is high,but also it is difficult to achieve precise dividing,resulting in poor dividing accuracy.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses the principle of electric indexer and numerical control technology to develop an automatic equipment with end circle equal division line instead of manual operation.This equipment inputs processing data through the touch screen man-machine interface,and the equipment automatically completes the whole process of centering,equal division and scribing.After automatic processing,the accuracy is improved by more than 5 times compared with manual processing.
