摘要
介绍了某新型炼厂化学水系统技术特点、工艺流程和运行情况,重点针对化学水系统排污未进行有效分质回收、再生废水直排造成环保超标、化学水系统自控水平低、采样水直排损失、酸碱管线腐蚀、中和池密闭性差等问题,提出了改造措施,并对改造后效果进行了说明,提出下一步改造计划。改造后,实现了化学水系统废水分质收集处置、除盐水自动再生、水质实时监控、现场异味治理和直排水环保达标,有效推进了化学水系统节水减排和经济环保运行,提高了装置自动化水平,对于炼化企业实施样板水厂建设和优化改造提供指导意义。
This paper introduced the technical characteristics,process flow and operation of the chemical water system in a new refinery,with focus on addressing the problems such as failing to separate and recover the sewage in the chemical water system,direct discharge of wastewater exceeding environmental protection standards,low automatic control level in the chemical water system,loss caused by direct discharge of sampled water,corrosion of acid-base pipeline,and poor tightness of neutralization tank.It presented the revamping measures and effects,as well as the further improvement plan.The implementation of the revamping measures has helped achieve the collection,separation and disposal of wastewater by different quality in the chemical water system,automatic regeneration of desalinated water,real-time monitoring of water quality,on-site odor treatment and environmental protection standards of direct drainage water.This has effectively boosted the water saving,emission reduction,and economic and environment-friendly operation for the chemical water system,improved the level of automatic control for the facilities,and can serve as the guidance for the refinery/petrochemical enterprises to carry out the construction and optimization of model water plant.
