摘要 为解决传统测量作业对铁路运输干扰大的问题,以某铁路站场地形测量为例,利用Trimble SX10三维激光扫描仪对其测量,并与传统测量方法进行比较。然后以某供热管线下穿京包铁路框构涵工程为例,采用Revit软件搭建三维模型,并介绍族文件的建立、参数化应用、"点云"成果生成、结构配筋、阶段化功能应用、二维施工图纸导出等应用过程。研究表明,Trimble SX10三维激光扫描仪具有非接触式、数字化程度高、精度高、受外界限制少、应用范围广等优势;采用Revit软件可实现既有铁路顶进框构桥涵工程设计的可视化,对于提高设计效率及指导施工具有积极作用。 In order to solve the problem that traditional survey work usually interfere the operation of railway transportation,based on a topographic survey of a railway station,Trimble SX10 3D laser scanner is used as a surveying tool and its performance is compared with traditional measurement methods. By taking a heating pipeline which passes under Beijing to Baotou railway culvert as an example,the process of BIM applications in terms of family files establishment,parameterized application,3D terrain model,structural reinforcement,phased function and creating 2D drawing are introduced. The results showed that Trimble SX10 3D laser scanner has the advantages of non-contact, high digitization and precision, less restrictions and wide application range. Revit software realizes the visualization of the design and construction of existing railway jacking frame bridge and culvert,which has positive effects on improving design efficiency and guiding construction.
