摘要
目前,地铁建设中主要使用现浇混凝土整体道床,存在人工作业量大、工序繁琐、精度不易控制等缺点;而预制板轨道具有精度较高、施工效率高等优点。基于深圳地铁6号线大规模应用不同减振等级预制板轨道的工程背景,对深圳地铁6号线铺设的不同减振等级预制板轨道进行调研,系统介绍普通及中等减振预制板轨道、高等减振预制板轨道、特殊减振预制板轨道的施工工艺。并针对预制板轨道施工过程中出现的限位凸台预埋钢筋混凝土保护层厚度不够、橡胶隔振垫浮置板轨道中橡胶隔振垫与混凝土基底脱空、混泥土基底表面整修等问题提出处理建议。研究成果可为优化地铁预制板轨道施工工艺、减少轨道病害、提高施工效率提供参考。
Cast-in-place concrete monolithic track is mainly used in metro construction currently which has disadvantages such as large amount of manual work,complicated procedures and low construction precision;while the precast slab track has advantages of high precision and construction efficiency. Based on the engineering background of the large-scale applications of precast slab tracks with different vibration reduction grades on Shenzhen Metro Line 6,the construction of precast tracks for medium grade,high grade and special grade of vibration reduction levels are investigated and systematically introduced. Besides,suggestions are proposed to solve problems such as insufficient concrete cover for track stoppers,separation of damping pad and concrete base and refurbishment of concrete base surface. The results provide references for the optimization of construction technology of the precast slab track,reduction of railway track diseases and improvement of construction efficiency.
