摘要
目的探讨在门诊孕产妇中应用一站式护理服务的效果分析。方法选取2019年2月—2019年12月期间收治的200例孕产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受传统护理服务,观察组实施一站式护理服务,比较两组患者的挂号时间、就诊等候时间以及护理满意度。结果对照组患者在入院挂号时间以及就诊等待时间方面均显著高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组患者中投诉事件发生率及医患矛盾发生率均显著高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度得分显著高于对照组。结论对门诊孕产妇实施一站式护理服务可以显著提升护理效果及患者满意度,具有重要临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of one-stop nursing service on outpatient pregnant women.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women admitted from February to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received traditional nursing service,and the observation group received one-stop nursing service.Comparisons in registration time,waiting time,and nursing satisfaction were made between the two groups.Results The control group showed longer registration time and waiting time than the observation group did(P<0.05),higher incidence rates of complaints and doctor-patient conflicts(P<0.05),and a lower nursing satisfaction score.Conclusion The implementation of one-stop nursing service for outpatient pregnant women can significantly improve nursing effect and patient’s satisfaction,and deserves clinical promotion.
