缅甸参与中缅经济走廊的利益考虑

Interest Considerations in Myanmar's Participation in the Sino一Myanmar Economic Corridor

缅甸是“一带一路”倡议的重要支点国家。近年来,缅甸政府从审慎观望、口头支持到主动对接中国“一带一路”倡议,以期分享中国发展红利、解决民族问题和突破外交困境。鉴于孟中印缅经济走廊建设停滞不前,缅甸转而积极与中国共建中缅经济走廊。同时,缅甸对中缅经济走廊的顾虑也不容忽视。最后,笔者简要评估了缅甸2020年大选对中缅经济走廊的影响。

During his visits to Kazakhstan and Indonesia in September and October of 2013,President Xi Jinping successively put forward major initiatives to jointly build the"Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21 st Century Maritime Silk Road"(hereinafter referred to as " Belt and Road").Myanmar is an important fulcrum of the " Belt and Road"initiative.In recent years,the Myanmar government has moved from cautious wait-and-see,verbal support to proactive docking of the " Belt and Road"initiative,with a view to sharing China's development dividend,solving ethnic problems and breaking through diplomatic dilemmas.Against the backdrop of the stagnation of the economic corridor between China,India,Bangladesh and Myanmar,Myanmar has turned to work actively with China to build the economic corridor between China and Myanmar.
