摘要
基于改善高功耗的CPU散热问题,本文提出一种非对称U型热管嵌入式散热器用于服务器CPU的散热,从散热器的总热阻与放置角度对不同的加热功率及气体流速下的强迫风冷的传热性能进行实验研究。结果表明:环境温度为30℃、加热功率为75 W、风速为4 m/s、放置角度β为+90°时,散热器的总热阻为0.258℃/W,具有较好的散热效果。
In order to improve the heat dissipation of the CPU with high power consumption,this paper proposed an asymmetric U-shaped heat pipe embedded heat sink for cooling the server CPU.The heat transfer performance of forced air cooling under different heating powers and gas flow rates was experimentally studied from the total thermal resistance and placement angle of the radiator.The results show that the ambient temperature is 30℃,the heating power is 75 W,the wind speed is 4 m/s and the placement angleβis+90°,the total thermal resistance of the radiator is 0.258℃/W,which has good heat dissipation effect.
