单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Unidirectional Total Thoracoscope Lobectomy for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年5月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者94例,依据手术方式分组,对照组47例行开放肺叶切除术,观察组47例行单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术,观察两组手术及恢复参数、远期生存率。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分、术后引流时间、术后引流量、住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(6.38%)低于对照组(23.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1年生存率(100%)与对照组(97.57%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在非小细胞肺癌治疗中选择单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术可在微小切口下完成肺叶切除操作,术后恢复快,安全性高,并发症少,而且远期生存率高,属于可靠的手术方案,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of unidirectional total thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Method:Ninety-four patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected and grouped according to the surgical method.The control group had 47 cases underwent open lobectomy,and the observation group had 47 cases underwent unidirectional total thoracic Microscopic lobectomy,the operation and recovery parameters,and long-term survival rate of the two groups were observed.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,VAS score,postoperative drainage time,postoperative drainage,and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those on the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group (6.38%) was lower than that in the control group (23.40%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group (100%) and the control group (97.57%) in the 1-year survival rate (P>0.05).Conclusion:Choosing unidirectional total thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can complete the operation of lobectomy under a small incision,with fast postoperative recovery,high safety,fewer complications,and high long-term survival rate.It is a reliable surgical plan,which is worth promoting.
