低分子肝素辅助治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Low-molecular Heparin in Treatment of Early On-set Severe Preeclampsia

目的:分析低分子肝素辅助治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月-2019年10月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的早发型重度子痫前期患者70例纳为观察对象,并按照奇偶分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各35例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受低分子肝素治疗,观察两组血压水平、凝血功能、母婴结局。结果:观察组舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Fg、D-D、TT、APTT及PT均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组维持妊娠时间长于对照组,失血量少于对照组,胎盘重量及新生儿体重均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早发型重度子痫前期患者接受低分子肝素辅助治疗,能够有效降低患者的血压水平,改善患者的凝血功能,使患者的母婴结局趋于良好的方向发展,值得被推广、应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Low-molecular Heparin in treatment of early on-set severe preeclampsia.Method:From January 2017 to October 2019,70 patients with early on-set severe preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital were included in the observation object,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the odd even grouping method,35 patients in the control group and the observation group respectively,the control group received routine treatment,the observation group received Low-molecular Heparin treatment on the basis of the control group,and the blood pressure,coagulation function and maternal and infant outcomes were observed in the two groups.Result:The diastolic and systolic blood pressures in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fg,D-D,TT,APTT and PT in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of pregnancy in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the placental weight and neonatal weight were both higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-molecular Heparin for early on-set preeclampsia can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure,improve the coagulation function of patients,and make the maternal and infant outcome of patients tend to a good direction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
