人文关怀理念实施对ICU危重患者情绪管理及满意度的影响

Influence of Humanistic Care Concept on Emotional Management and Satisfaction of ICU Critical Patients

目的:探讨人文关怀理念对ICU危重患者情绪管理及满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年4-7月本院ICU收治的60例重症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组患者在人文关怀理念的指导下进行临床护理干预。比较两组患者进入ICU时及转出ICU时的焦虑、抑郁情绪及护理满意度。结果:转出ICU时,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均低于转入ICU时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);转出ICU时,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀理念实施护理干预有利于缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic care concept on emotional management and satisfaction of ICU severe patients.Method:From April to July 2019,60 severe patients in ICU of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30).The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given nursing intervention under the guidance of humanistic care concept.The anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups in the transferred out of ICU were lower than those in the transferred into ICU (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the transferred out of ICU (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on the humanistic care concept is beneficial to relieve the patients’ anxiety,depression,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
