热敏灸联合针刺及康复训练在膝关节骨性关节炎康复治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Training in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察并评价膝关节骨性关节炎患者联合应用热敏灸联合针刺、康复训练的效果。方法:将2019年3月-2020年2月本院94例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成两组,各47例,对照组采用针刺及康复训练,观察组应用热敏灸联合针刺治疗及康复训练,对比治疗后两组膝关节功能、疼痛程度及临床疗效、并发症情况。结果:治疗后观察组Lysholm评分(79.67±8.07)分,高于对照组的(66.29±7.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分(2.12±0.76)分,低于对照组的(3.95±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组关节肿胀等并发症发生率(6.38%)显著低于对照组(17.02%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节骨性关节炎患者联合应用热敏灸及针刺、康复训练疗效确切,能够减轻患者膝关节疼痛度、改善膝关节功能。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:From March 2019 to February 2020,94 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,47 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training.Result:After treatment,the Lysholm score of the observation group was (79.67±8.07) points,which was higher than (66.29±7.53) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was (2.12±0.76) points,which was lower than (3.95±0.59) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group (95.74%) was higher than that of the control group (82.98%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as joint swelling in the observation group (6.38%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.02%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of heat sensitive moxibustion,acupuncture and rehabilitation training can achieve the exact effect,reduce the pain of knee joint and improve the function of knee joint.
