血清血脂水平与帕金森病关系的研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Serum Lipid Level and Parkinson Disease

帕金森病是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,随着人们生活水平、饮食结构、环境等因素的改变,其发病有年轻化趋势。因此,需要寻找可检测的影响因素对帕金森病早期预防、诊断和病情进展进行跟踪。近年来很多学者致力研究血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B水平与帕金森病的关系,本文通过检索文献,对血清血脂水平与帕金森病的相关研究进行综述。

Parkinson disease is a common degenerative disease of central nervous system.With the changes of people’s living standard,diet structure and environment,the incidence of Parkinson disease tends to be younger.Therefore,it is necessary to find the detectable influencing factors for the early prevention,diagnosis and progress of Parkinson disease.In recent years,many scholars have devoted themselves to the study of the relationship between serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B levels and Parkinson disease.This paper reviews the related research on serum lipid level and Parkinson disease by searching the literature.
