塞来昔布联合通痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果观察

Effect of Celecoxib Combined with Tongbi Tablet on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探究塞来昔布联合通痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎者的效果。方法:将2016年6月-2018年6月就诊于笔者所在医院的132例患有类风湿关节炎的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组给予塞来昔布治疗,观察组给予通痹片和塞来昔布联合治疗。两组均连续治疗12周。比较两组临床疗效、WOMAC评分、VAS评分及血清炎症指标,并记录不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组WOMAC评分均高于治疗前,VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组WOMAC评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-1、TNF-α、ICMAM-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.39,P=0.53)。结论:塞来昔布联合通痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够缓解患者疼痛,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Celecoxib combined with Tongbi Tablet on rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 132 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,66 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Celecoxib,while those in the observation group were treated with Tongbi Tablet and Celecoxib.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,WOMAC score,VAS score and serum inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,higher than 78.79%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment,the WOMAC score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1,TNF-αand ICMAM-1 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.39,P=0.53).Conclusion:Celecoxib combined with Tongbi Tablet has a good clinical effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,can alleviate pain,reduce inflammatory response,and has a good safety,has a certain clinical application value.
