延续性护理对脊柱结核患者手术后治疗依从性的应用效果观察

Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Postoperative Treatment Compliance of Spinal Tuberculosis Patients

目的:探讨延续性护理对脊柱结核患者手术后治疗依从性、术后功能恢复效果的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年9月笔者所在医院骨科行手术治疗的92例脊柱结核患者。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理。比较两组依从性、术后功能恢复效果、护理满意度。结果:观察组依从性、术后功能恢复效果、护理总满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理可提高患者手术后治疗依从性,促进术后恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of continuous nursing on the postoperative treatment compliance and postoperative functional recovery effect of spinal tuberculosis patients.Method:From January 2017 to September 2019,92 patients with spinal tuberculosis underwent surgical treatment in the orthopedics department of our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing.The compliance,postoperative functional recovery effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The compliance,postoperative functional recovery effect and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing nursing can improve patients’postoperative treatment compliance,promote postoperative recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
