儿童口服给药安全路径表单的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of the Safe Route form for Children’s Oral Administration

目的:探讨儿童口服给药安全路径表单应用于住院患儿口服用药的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月在笔者所在医院口服用药的住院患儿412例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各206例。对照组给予常规口服给药方式,研究组给予儿童口服给药安全路径表单进行给药。比较两组家属辅助用药依从性、正确用药情况、医嘱正确执行率及患儿家属药物知识掌握程度及家属护理满意度。结果:研究组家属辅助用药依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组正确用药率、医嘱正确执行率及患儿家属药物知识掌握程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组家属护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童口服给药安全路径表单的应用可有效提高家属辅助用药依从性,提高用药准确率、医嘱正确执行率及家属对药物知识的掌握程度,并可提升患儿家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the safe route form for children’s oral administration in hospitalized children’s oral administration.Method:A total of 412 hospitalized children who received oral administration in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,with 206 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional oral administration method,while the study group was given the safe route form for children’s oral administration.The compliance of adjuvant medication of family members,the situation of correct medication,the rate of correct implementation of medical orders,the mastery degree of medication knowledge of children’s family members and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Result:The compliance of adjuvant medication of family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of correct medication,the rate of correct implementation of medical orders and the mastery degree of medication knowledge of children’s family members in the study group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the safe route form for children’s oral administration can effectively improve the compliance of adjuvant medication of family member,improve the rate of correct medication and correct implementation of medical orders and the mastery degree of medication knowledge of children’s family members,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the family members of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
