四手操作护理在根管治疗术中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Four-hand Operation Nursing in Root Canal Therapy

目的:探讨四手操作护理应用于根管治疗术中的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在科2018年1月-2019年12月收治的根管手术治疗患者150例作为观察对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为两组,每组75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用四手操作护理。比较两组根管治疗时间、根管填充质量及护理满意度。结果:对照组根管治疗时间(28.6±5.3)min,长于观察组的(24.3±7.2)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.302,P<0.05)。对照组适充率为71.25%,低于观察组的93.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.026,P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意度为84.00%,低于观察组的97.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.878,P<0.05)。结论:四手操作护理应用于根管治疗,根管填充质量较为理想,既缩短了治疗时间,又提高了患者满意度,在根管治疗中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of four-hand operation nursing in root canal therapy.Method:A total of 150 patients treated by root canal surgery in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given four-hand operation nursing.The root canal treatment time,root canal filling quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The root canal treatment time in the control group was(28.6±5.3)min,which was longer than(24.3±7.2)min in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.302,P<0.05).The appropriate filling rate of the control group was 71.25%,which was lower than 93.75%of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.026,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the control group was 84.00%,which was lower than 97.33%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.878,P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-hand operation nursing applied in root canal therapy,root canal filling quality is ideal,not only shorten the treatment time,but also improve patients’satisfaction,the application value in root canal therapy is higher.
