严重创伤性休克患者有效的急诊护理措施和效果分析

Effective Emergency Nursing Measures and Effect Analysis of Severe Traumatic Shock Patients

目的:分析严重创伤性休克患者急诊综合护理干预的应用效果。方法:纳入病例是本院2017年11月-2019年11月急诊接诊的200例严重创伤性休克患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组100例采取传统护理,观察组100例患者采取急诊综合护理干预,对比两组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、并发症发生率、配合度、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后SAS、SDS及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率(2.00%)显著比对照组(11.00%)低,观察组总配合度(96.00%)显著比对照组(84.00%)高,观察组护理满意度(97.00%)显著比对照组(85.00%)高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊综合护理干预能降低严重创伤性休克患者并发症,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者满意度、配合度,患者无焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of emergency comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe traumatic shock.Method:The included cases were 200 patients with severe traumatic shock who admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.100 patients in the control group received traditional care,and 100 patients in the observation group accepted emergency comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups’SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,complication rate,cooperation degree,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result:The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(11.00%).The total degree of cooperation in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively reduce pain in patients with severe traumatic shock and improve patients’satisfaction and cooperation.Patients have no anxiety and depression emotions.It is worth learning.
