牙体牙髓联合正畸治疗恒上前牙冠根折的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Dental Pulp Combined with Orthodontic Treatment on Crown Root Fracture of Permanent Upper Anterior Teeth

目的:分析牙体牙髓联合正畸治疗恒上前牙冠根折的临床效果。方法:随机从笔者所在医院2018年1月-2020年1月接诊的恒上前牙冠根折患者中选取168例作为研究对象,通过计算机分组软件将其分为观察组(85例)和对照组(83例)。观察组予以牙体牙髓联合正畸治疗,对照组予以常规方案修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效及SF-36量表评分。结果:观察组总有效率为95.29%(81/85),高于对照组的77.11%(64/83),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.753,P<0.05)。治疗后两组生理功能、社会功能、角色限制及总体健康评分均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恒上前牙冠根折患者采用牙体牙髓联合正畸方案治疗,在提高修复总有效率的同时可改善患者生活质量,可在临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dental pulp combined with orthodontic treatment on crown root fracture of permanent upper anterior teeth.Method:A total of 168 patients with crown root fracture of permanent upper anterior teeth received in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(85 cases)and the control group(83 cases)by computer grouping software.The observation group was treated with dental pulp combined with orthodontic treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional restoration treatment.The clinical efficacy and SF-36 scale scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.29%(81/85),which was higher than 77.11%(64/83)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.753,P<0.05).After treatment,physiological function,social function,role limitation and overall health score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with crown root fracture of permanent upper anterior teeth with dental pulp combined with orthodontic treatment can improve the total effective rate and improve the quality of life of patients,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
