消痤汤内服联合丹参穴位注射治疗痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acne with Xiaocuo Decoction Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Acupoint Injection

目的:探讨消痤汤内服联合丹参穴位注射治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年10月-2020年2月于笔者所在医院门诊就诊的92例痤疮患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(消痤汤内服)和观察组(消痤汤内服联合丹参穴位注射治疗),各46例。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗2个月后性激素水平[促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)水平]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血清性激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FSH、T、P水平均低于治疗前,E2水平均高于治疗前,且观察组各指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后LH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消痤汤内服联合丹参穴位注射治疗痤疮效果显著,可调节性激素水平,减轻患者临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaocuo Decoction taken internally combined with salvia miltiorrhiza acupoint injection in treatment of acne.Method:The clinical data of 92 patients with acne who visited the outpatient department of the author’s hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(Xiaocuo Decoction taken internally)and the observation group(Xiaocuo Decoction for oral administration combined with salvia miltiorrhexis acupoint injection),with 46 patients each.The clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels[(follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)]levels before and 2 months after treatment between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum sex hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FSH,T and P levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,E2 levels were higher than those before treatment,and all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LH level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaocuo Decoction combined with salvia miltiorrhiza acupoint injection is effective in treating acne.It can adjust the sex hormone level and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
