金坛盐穴储气库造腔关键参数优化 被引量:8

Optimization of key cavity construction parameters of Jintan salt-cavern gas storage

摘要 在金坛盐穴储气库工程建设中,由于缺乏造腔经验,导致造腔速度慢,盐腔有效体积小,严重制约了建库速度。为提高造腔有效体积和造腔速度,对现场造腔生产数据进行了分析,对造腔关键技术进行了优化:注水循环方式以反循环为主,正循环为辅;第一次建槽时,油垫距内管口一般为30~40 m,建腔期油垫提升高度约15 m,封顶期不大于10 m;注水排量循序渐进,平稳恒定,建槽期平均注水排量为80~90 m^3/h,建腔期平均注水排量为90~100 m^3/h;建腔期正、反循环造腔内外管优化距离分别不低于45、10 m,可有效保证排卤质量浓度。该研究可为盐穴储气库造腔参数优化提供指导。 During the engineering construction of Jintan Salt-Cavern Gas Storage,the lack of cavern construction experience leads to the decrease of cavern construction speed and effective cavern volume and seriously restricts the storage construction speed.In order to increase effective cavern volume and cavern construction speed,this paper analyzed the on-site cavern construction data and optimized the key cavern construction technologies as follows.The circulation mode of water injection is primarily reverse and secondarily direct.When a sump is constructed for the first time,the diesel blanket is generally 30-40 m away from the inner tubing inlet.The lift height of the diesel blanket is about 15 m in the stage of main construction and not more than 10 m in the stage of roof forming.The water injection rate increases step by step and remains stable and constant.The average water injection rate is 80-90 m^3/h in the stage of sump construction and 90-100 m^3/h in the stage of main construction.The optimized inner-outer tubing inlet distance during direct and reverse circulation of main construction is not smaller than 45 m and 10 m,respectively,which can effectively ensure the brine mass concentration.The research results provide the reference for the optimization of construction parameters of salt-cavern gas storage.
