上睑提肌减负+上睑提肌腱膜前徙术在轻度上睑下垂矫正中的应用

Research of levator palpebrae superioris and levator aponeurosis in the treatment of mild blepharoptosis

目的探讨轻度上睑下垂矫正手术中上睑组织的处理方式,寻求一种疗效确切、操作简便、并发症少的针对轻度上睑下垂的手术方式。方法对 30例轻度上睑下垂患者(54 只患眼),用随机分组表法将患者分为对照组14例(26只眼,单纯采用上睑提肌减负术治疗)和试验组16例(28只眼,采用上睑提肌减负术联合提肌腱膜前徙术治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组[100.00% vs.80.77%,P<0.05]。两种手术均无严重并发症发生。结论上睑提肌减负+上睑提肌腱膜前徙矫正轻度上睑下垂,并发症较少,疗效更显著。

Objective To explore the treatment of blepharoptosis in light blepharoptosis,and to find a reliable,less complications,simple operation for light blepharoptosis.Methods Of the 30 patients with mild blepharoptosis(54 eyes),the patients were divided into 14 cases in the control group(26 eyes,which were treated solely with levator lift surgery)and 16 cases in the experimental group(random group table method)Twenty-eight eyes were treated with levator levator muscle reduction combined with levator aponeurosis advancement.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group[100.00%vs.80.77%,P<0.05].There were no serious complications in both procedures.Conclusion Lifting of levator levator muscle+levator aponeurosis advancement can correct mild blepharoptosis with fewer complications and more significant effect.
