自体脂肪移植隆胸术效果及护理要素分析

Analysis on the effect and nursing factors of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation

目的探讨自体脂肪移植隆胸术效果及护理要素。方法回顾性分析接受自体脂肪移植隆胸术治疗的80例患者的临床资料,采用不同部位肿胀法对脂肪颗粒进行提取,并应用lipokit自体脂肪移植机进行纯化,开展扇形多层次线性注射,总结治疗效果与围术期护理干预措施。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间(1.8±0.9)h,术中未发生出血症状,术后6h可下床活动,一次填充成功72例,一次填充成功率为90.00%,间隔半年填充第2次8例,其中6例为原发性乳房发育不良;术后为患者开展6个月时间随访,70例患者对乳房体积表示满意,满意度为87.50%;术后仅1例出现脂肪液化,其余患者均取得良好治疗效果,未出现其它并发症。结论自体脂肪移植隆胸术的疗效确切,安全性高,围术期护理干预的有效实施是保障疗效的基础。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing factors of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who received autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation were retrospectively analyzed.The fat particles were extracted by the method of swelling in different parts,and lipokit autologous fat transplantation machine was used for purification.Falloid multilayer linear injection was carried out,and the therapeutic effect and perioperative nursing intervention measures were summarized.Results All the patients in this group completed the operation successfully,the operation time was(1.8±0.9)h,no bleeding symptoms occurred during the operation,the patients could get out of bed 6h after the operation,72 patients were successfully filled once,the success rate of one-time filling was 90.00%,8 patients were filled twice half a year apart,6 of them were primary breast dysplasia.The patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively,and 70 patients were satisfied with the breast volume,with a satisfaction rate of 87.50%.Postoperative fat liquefaction occurred in only 1 case,and the remaining patients achieved good therapeutic effect without other complications.Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation is effective and safe,and the effective implementation of perioperative nursing intervention is the basis of guaranteeing the curative effect.
