摘要
目的分析先天性多指畸形的围手术期护理方法与效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年3月期间在本院行手术治疗的10例先天性多指畸形患儿作为研究对象。本组患儿均行先天性多指畸形矫治手术治疗,围术期做好术前准备、心理干预、术前备皮、术后体征监测、植皮区和供皮区护理、疼痛管理、局部坏死预防、指蹼粘连预防、康复训练等干预措施,患儿术后矫治效果良好,手部外观和功能均有效改善,康复效果良好。结果 10例患儿经过1期~4期矫治畸形手术后,创面愈合良好,无因伤口感染而延迟拆线者;患儿多余手指均切除,并指畸形修复良好,外观改善显著;拆线后,局部手指运动和感觉功能良好,经后续3~6月的康复锻炼,可满足生活自理的需求,患儿和家属均较为满意。结论先天性多指畸形患儿经过有效的围手术期护理,手外观和功能恢复良好,预后佳,护理效果较为理想。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing methods and effects of congenital polydactyly.Methods From February 2017 to March 2019,10 children with congenital polydactyly who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All children in this group underwent surgical treatment for congenital polydactyly.Preoperative preparation,psychological intervention,preoperative skin preparation,postoperative sign monitoring,skin graft and donor area care,pain management,and prevention of local necrosis were performed during the perioperative period.Prevention of finger web adhesion,rehabilitation training and other intervention measures,the postoperative correction effect of the child is good,the appearance and function of the hand are effectively improved,and the rehabilitation effect is good.Results After 10 cases of stage 1-4 correction surgery,the wounds healed well,and no sutures were delayed due to wound infection.The extra fingers were removed,and the finger deformities were repaired well,and the appearance was improved significantly.The local finger movement and sensory function are good.After 3 to 6 months of rehabilitation exercise,it can meet the needs of self-care in life,and the children and their families are more satisfied.Conclusions Children with congenital polydactyly deformities undergo effective perioperative nursing,with good recovery of hand appearance and function,good prognosis,and ideal nursing effect.
