摘要
目前在创造性研究中,由于其概念的复杂和多样性,研究者对创造性的内涵尚未形成一致认识。同时,创造性人格作为创造性人才培养的核心成分,也受到了研究者的普遍关注,但已有研究成果丰富却繁杂,缺少系统性梳理。因此,文章围绕创造性的内涵和创造性人格两个方面展开,在分析创造性内涵的基础上,梳理了国内外关于创造性人格的实证研究成果,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Due to the complexity and diversity of creativity,there is no consensus on its connotation.As the core component of creative talent training,creative personality has also received widespread attention from researchers.Although there are rich existing research findings,they tend to be confusing for a lack of a systematic literature review.Therefore,this paper focuses on the creative connotation and creative personality.Based on the analysis of creative connotation,it has summarized the empirical research findings of creative personality and proposed the future research directions.
