上海市高中学生心理坚韧性与体育课堂行为意向研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究聚焦于行为意向层面,探讨心理坚韧性对体育课堂行为意向的影响。文章以心理坚韧性和中小学生体育行为意向量表为研究工具,采用简单随机抽样方法,面向上海市高中学生抽取315份有效调查问卷。通过数据分析发现,上海市高中学生体育课堂行为意向整体情况偏弱,心理坚韧性水平尚可,年级与心理坚韧性、性别与课堂行为意向、心理坚韧性与课堂行为意向均相关。以上研究结果的启示为:体育学科核心素养中应充分意识到心理坚韧性的重要性,体育课堂上心理技能训练的紧迫性,以及体育课堂对学生进行正向行为引导的必要性,以帮助学生形成良好的体育运动精神、健康的体育运动素养和优秀的体育运动品格。 This research focuses on the behavioral intention and explores the impact of mental toughness on behavioral intention in physical education(PE)classes.Based on the scale of mental toughness and sports behavior intention for primary and secondary school students,315 valid questionnaires were selected from Shanghai senior high school students by simple random sampling method.Through the data analysis,this research has found that the overall level of behavior intention in PE classes of senior high school students in Shanghai tends to be weak,but the level of mental toughness is quite average.There exists correlation between different grades and level of mental toughness,and between gender and level of mental toughness and classroom behavior intention.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper holds that the core quality of physical education should be fully aware of the importance of mental toughness,the urgency of psychological skill training in PE classes,and the necessity of positive behavior guidance for students in PE classes in order to help students form good athletic spirit,healthy sport quality and excellent sport character.
