摘要
中俄跨境电商贸易进入稳定发展阶段。黑龙江省对俄罗斯跨境电商发展已基本完善,客服外包产业还有着巨大机遇,其中包括市场需求、运营成本和政策支持等。在大数据基础上开展中俄跨境电商客服外包调研,包括中俄跨境电商环境调研、中俄跨境电商客服外包环境调研、以及中俄跨境电商客服外包市场需求调研。
Under the global governance goal of“co-consultation,joint construction and sharing”proposed by China,China-Russia cross-border e-commerce trade has entered a stage of stable development.The geographical location of Heilongjiang Province has basically improved the development of cross-border e-commerce in Russia,and there are still huge opportunities for the customer service outsourcing industry,including market demand,operating costs and policy support.Based on big data,this article conducts surveys on Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce customer service outsourcing,including Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce customer service outsourcing environment survey,and Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce customer service outsourcing market demand Research.
