大学城与创新型城市互动机制研究——以常州市为例

Research on the Interaction Mechanism Between University Town and Innovative City——Taking Changzhou as an Example

大学城在常州打造创新型城市的过程中,起到了引领作用,促进了常州从制造名城向创新名城的升级,加快了常州向全球创新网络的融入。但在科技创新方面仍有进一步提升的空间,如部分创新企业缺乏对常州科技政策的了解、产学研合作有待进一步深化、高端创新型人才流动性较大等。提出通过加大科技政策宣传与服务,助推创新创业进程;持续深化产学研结合,提升科技成果的转化与应用水平;加强高端人才建设,充分发挥人才的引领作用三个方面强化两者的互动关系。

Changzhou University Town plays a leading role in the process of building an innovative city.It includes promoting the upgrading of Changzhou from a famous manufacturing city to an innovative city,and accelerates Changzhou's integration into the global innovation network.However,Changzhou still has space for further improvement in scientific and technological innovation.For example,some innovative enterprises lack of understanding of Changzhou's science and technology policies,industrial-academic-research cooperation needs to be further deepened,top innovative talents have great mobility,etc.We can strengthen the interaction between both parties through three aspects of work.Just as increasing the propaganda and service of science and technology policy,continuing to deepen the industrial-academic-research cooperation,strengthening the construction of top talents and so on.
