摘要
黑龙江省健康产业的发展饱受融资不足的困扰,从全国健康产业融资现状入手,积极探索PPP融资模式下项目收益类债券与黑龙江健康产业的契合、对接、风险、前景等内容,积极推进黑龙江健康产业和PPP模式的合作共赢。
the development of health industry in Heilongjiang Province has been plagued by insufficient financing.Starting with the current situation of national health industry financing,this paper actively explores the fit,docking,risk and prospect of project income bonds and Heilongjiang health industry under PPP financing mode,and actively promotes the cooperation and win-win of Heilongjiang health industry and PPP mode.
