大数据时代给电商行业带来了一次转型的新机遇。以大数据为背景,运用SWOT分析法,以天猫商城为案例,探讨精准营销在电商行业的发展现状和问题,并针对天猫所面临的机遇和挑战提出相应的建议。旨在帮助面临相似问题和困境的电商企业优化精准营销模式,提高效益,助力我国电商行业的发展。
The era of big data has brought a new transformation opportunity to the e-commerce industry.Taking big data as the background,this paper takes tmall mall as a case to explore the development status and problems of precision marketing in e-commerce industry,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the opportunities and challenges faced by tmall.It aims to help the e-commerce enterprises facing similar problems and difficulties to optimize the precision marketing mode,improve the efficiency,and help the development of China's e-commerce industry.
