教师专业伦理教育:内涵、目标与实施策略 被引量:1

摘要 当前,提升教师的专业伦理素养已成为教师专业化建设的重要内容。教师专业伦理教育通过用专业伦理知识和技能武装教师,旨在帮助教师掌握教师专业的"公共道德语言"、养成伦理推理能力以及培养专业伦理态度与情感,进而使其能够"合乎伦理地"履行其专业角色。并且,在教师专业伦理教育中,已形成多元化的实施策略与方法,其中,以批判性反思为核心的伦理探究、案例研究、关键事件分析法以及现象学方法成为具有代表性的主要策略与方法。
